and plans

Shopify Billing

Subscription flow

Paid plans, trials, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are handled through Shopify Billing where applicable. Shopify may present the final charge approval, trial, subscription, and cancellation details inside the Shopify admin.

Access to paid features may depend on the active Shopify Billing state and the plan selected by the merchant.

Operational visibility

ShelfOps supports catalog operations, collection sorting, schedules, safety backups, metrics, and permission visibility. ShelfOps does not guarantee sales, search ranking, conversion, product ranking outcomes, revenue improvements, or uninterrupted third-party platform availability.

Collection-order safety backups, logs, and metrics are provided for operational visibility and recovery support. They do not replace merchant review, Shopify admin review, store QA, or independent business controls.

External services

ShelfOps depends on Shopify APIs, Shopify authorization and billing flows, hosting providers, storage providers, logging providers, email providers, and related infrastructure. Changes, outages, delays, or limits in those services may affect ShelfOps behavior.
